Mondo Farms is building a team of well-motivated and trained employees, who are involved with various functions around the farm. All our staff are formally employed under comprehensive Conditions of Service and competitive remuneration.
While the majority are recruited from within the local community, we are also aiming to bring in trained graduates in agricultural disciplines at various levels, as well as those skilled in appropriate trades.
